Where do you deliver?
We currently accept orders for delivery to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
How much is delivery?
Standard UK delivery is free. The final amount payable is shown before the order is placed.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery after dispatch normally takes 3–7 business days. Weekends, bank holidays and carrier delays can affect these estimates.
How can I track an order?
When tracking is available, we send the tracking link or number to the email address used for the order. It can take up to 48 hours after dispatch for the first carrier update to appear.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible at support@nomovadreams.com. We cannot guarantee a change or cancellation after processing has begun.
How do I request a return?
Email support@nomovadreams.com within 30 days after delivery and include the order number. We will confirm eligibility and provide the authorised return address and instructions.
What if an item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us promptly with the order number, a description of the problem and clear photographs where appropriate. We will assess the issue and provide the appropriate remedy.
